Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, comrade Nguyen Minh Phu congratulated the achievements of the athlete delegations. As a result at the Congress, the Organizing Committee awarded nearly 200 awards in individual and team competitions. The Congress awarded 46 First prizes, 46 Second prizes and 92 Third prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 First prizes, 3 Second prizes and 3 Third prizes for each competition block. In the Provincial People's Committee agencies, the First Prize went to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Second prize went to the Provincial People's Committee Office; Third prize went to the Provincial Inspectorate. In the group of affiliated units, the Tax Department of Dien Bien province won the first prize, Dien Bien Telecommunications won the second prize and the Project Management Board of Immigration and Resettlement of Hydropower Projects (PMU) won the third prize. In the business sector, Dien Bien Water Supply Joint Stock Company won the First prize, Dien Bien Electricity Company won the Second prize and VietinBank Dien Bien Branch won the Third prize. In the end, the excellent team of athletes from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism won the first prize for the entire team. The second prize for the entire delegation went to the Provincial People's Committee Office delegation and the delegation from Dien Bien Water Supply Joint Stock Company won the third prize for the entire delegation.
