Located north of Dien Bien Phu ward, Phieng Loi village has a total natural area of ​​335 hectares. Its relatively flat terrain is favorable for agricultural production and community tourism.

For generations, the people of Phieng Loi have diligently worked to preserve traditional crafts such as embroidery, brocade weaving, and handicraft basketry. The harmonious blend of living space, fields, and cultural identity has created a unique "soul" for the village. Strategically situated "with its back to the mountains and facing the river," Phieng Loi is blessed with a spacious environment along the Nam Rom River. This is a golden advantage for developing a community tourism (homestay) model linked to ecological experiences. Vibrant Culture: With 68 households and 295 inhabitants, 100% of the residents are Black Thai people, meaning visitors can fully enjoy the unique cuisine, traditional costumes, and enchanting folk songs and dances. Community Spirit: The people of Phiêng Lơi are united, hospitable, and highly cooperative.

Phiêng Lơi has quickly established tourism services including accommodation and food: traditional stilt house homestays and local food and cultural businesses. The village has invested in one traditional house and one spacious, clean cultural center for community activities and cultural and artistic events. Phiêng Lơi currently has two households operating food and homestay businesses, two traditional performing arts groups that maintain regular activities and are ready to serve tourists; handcrafted brocade products and local agricultural products are available as souvenirs.
